Every great learning experience starts with understanding the people it's designed for. I use the ADDIE framework as my foundation — a proven, flexible approach that ensures each project is thoughtful, intentional, and effective. Here's how I bring learning experiences to life:
I start by listening. Who are the learners? What do they need to know or be able to do? What challenges are they facing? Through interviews, surveys, and data analysis, I uncover the real needs that drive the design forward.
With a clear picture of the learning goals, I create a blueprint — defining objectives, choosing the right strategies, and mapping out the learner's journey. This is where storyboards, outlines, and prototypes take shape.
Now the creative work begins. I build interactive courses in Articulate Storyline, produce videos, design graphics, and craft every element to be engaging, accessible, and visually polished. Quality and attention to detail matter here.
Time to launch! I deploy the learning experience to the LMS or platform, ensure everything works smoothly, and support facilitators and learners through the rollout. A seamless delivery makes all the difference.
Learning doesn't end at launch. I gather feedback, analyze results, and measure impact to understand what's working and what can be improved. Every project is an opportunity to learn and grow — for the learners and for me.
